Will Gove | General Manager | Will Gove is a 38-year veteran of the underground mining industry. Will started his apprenticeship at 16 years old as a Fitter in the underground coal mines of N.S.W Australia. From those beginnings, Will moved through increasing responsibility roles with mining companies, drilling contractors and global equipment manufacturers. The last 14 years have been in executive leadership positions. Will was appointed the GM of Kovatera in June of 2019 following a term as an International Business Development Manager. |

Scott Wilson | Lean Production Manager | Scott has over 20 years of experience in the Automotive sector. He has had roles of increasing responsibility within the set up and management of production lines producing various automotive products. He has deep knowledge of lean production principles. |

Don King | Sales and Marketing Manager | Don has over 40 years in the OEM mining equipment business. He spent most of his career with Atlas Copco/Epiroc where he moved through roles with increasing responsibility, having worked in Canada, Sweden, and the USA. He has held several senior management positions related to Sales & Marketing, as well as Customer Relationship Management. Don’s vast experience within the industry is certainly advantageous to Kovatera and our dealer network. |

For the last 5 years, he has been a member of the Senior Management Team, ensuring that our service operations are responsive and efficient in helping customer’s service needs are met. |

Tolin Cryderman | Global Parts Manager | Tolin has been in the Spare Parts and Service Business for over 23 years. He has had roles of increasing responsibility leading to his current role as the Supply Manager for Kovatera. A position he has held since September 2018. He has spent his career evolving through various roles in freight, logistics, and manufacturing. His experience allowed him to gain extensive knowledge in lean manufacturing principles, supply management, vendor relationship management, and strategic sourcing. Joby holds a degree in physics, a diploma in purchasing, and is a certified supply chain professional from APICS. |
