With regular maintenance, Kovatera’s total cost of ownership is 50% of automotive-style offerings. And we back our engineering and manufacturing process with a 5-year or 5000-hour chassis guarantee.

Will Gove

Will Gove is a 38-year veteran of the underground mining industry. Will started his apprenticeship at 16 years old as a Fitter in the underground coal mines of N.S.W Australia. From those beginnings, Will moved through increasing responsibility roles with mining companies, drilling contractors and global equipment manufacturers. The last 14 years have been in executive leadership positions. Will was appointed the GM of Kovatera in June of 2019 following a term as an International Business Development Manager.

Scott Wilson

Scott has over 20 years of experience in the Automotive sector. He has had roles of increasing responsibility within the set up and management of production lines producing various automotive products. He has deep knowledge of lean production principles.

Don KIng

Don has over 40 years in the OEM mining equipment business.  He spent most of his career with Atlas Copco/Epiroc where he moved through roles with increasing responsibility, having worked in Canada, Sweden, and the USA.  He has held several senior management positions related to Sales & Marketing, as well as Customer Relationship Management.  Don’s vast experience within the industry is certainly advantageous to Kovatera and our dealer network.

Pierre Legros

Pierre has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. He has spent the last 15 years with Kovatera moving through a number of progressive positions. For the last 5 years, he has been a member of the Senior Management Team, ensuring that our service operations are responsive and efficient in helping customer’s service needs are met.

Tolin Cryderman

Tolin has been in the Spare Parts and Service Business for over 23 years. He has had roles of increasing responsibility leading to his current role as the Supply Manager for Kovatera. A position he has held since September 2018. At Kovatera, he has ensured that we are at the leading edge of parts and supplies management systems and services.

I’ve been amazed by all facets of Supply chain and  glad that i’ve been able to evolve through various modules in freight /logistics and manufacturing during my 20+ years of  end-to-end supply chain experience. Most importantly during my very challenging and fast paced manufacturing experience with Tigercat industries , i’ve been exposed to lean manufacturing principles, Supply management, Vendor relationship management,  Strategic sourcing etc. I’m a graduate in physics with purchasing diploma and am a certified supply chain professional from APICS. I’m enthralled at this glorious opportunity to work with Kovatera as the Global Supply Chain Manager and am optimistic that i’m able to contribute in a positive manner.

Dave has 10 years of service with Kovatera, serving 8 years as the Engineering Manager. Dave holds an Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo and has a commitment to continuous improvement. Product innovation and lean manufacturing are Dave’s driving. Dave has pioneered and lead our battery electric technology program and enjoys engaging the entire management team in process improvements that help our customers.
